Join us for this playful half day workshop from 10am-2pm!
Using expressive arts we will joyfully enter a space of self exploration! Using some movement, breath, journalling, story writing, visual arts we will get in touch with elements that are core to us. Where do you feel most yourself? What elements are truly you? From there you will piece together a portrait of this authentic being - that is unique to you.
This is not about creating the perfect, or even pretty, art piece - it is about embracing self exploration through the arts. You do not need to have art experience! Guidance is always available. This is an experience in allowing, non-judgement, self-discovery and the release of what we think we know about ourselves... a welcoming in of whatever may arrive for us in each moment.

Expressive Arts Therapy is an arts-based approach to self inquiry that engages and supports individuals through a process of creative expression helping them reconnect and trust their own internal resources. In an Expressive Arts Therapy session a client may explore their concerns through visual arts, creative writing, drama, music, voice and movement as catalysts for personal inquiry, discovery and growth.
